Building a custom home should feel clear, not chaotic. Here’s exactly how we take a project from first conversation to the day you move in — as a single design-build team, start to finish.

   Phase 01

   Consultation & Vision

   It starts with a conversation. We get to know how you live, what you're dreaming of, your timeline, and your budget — then walk your site or lot to talk through what's possible. You'll leave knowing exactly how we work and what to expect.

2. 2

   Phase 02

   Design & Architecture

   As a design-build team, we draw and price in the same room. Floor plans and elevations take shape while the budget stays in view, so the home you fall in love with on paper is the one you can actually build.

3. 3

   Phase 03

   Selections & Proposal

   From flooring and cabinetry to fixtures and finishes, we guide your selections and capture every detail in a clear, line-by-line proposal. You approve a fixed scope and price before we ever break ground — no surprises later.

4. 4

   Phase 04

   Pre-Construction

   We pull permits, finalize engineering, lock in the schedule, and line up our trade partners. Then we prep the site so everything's ready for a clean, organized start.

5. 5

   Phase 05

   Construction

   Foundation, framing, mechanicals, and finishes — built by trusted craftspeople and managed closely from start to finish. You'll get regular updates and walkthroughs so you can watch your home come together with confidence.

6. 6

   Phase 06

   Walkthrough & Move-In

   We walk the finished home together, complete a detailed punch list, and make sure every detail meets our standard. Then we hand over the keys — and stand behind the build with our warranty long after move-in.
