About G|R Design Build
G|R Design Build is a design-build home builder based in Shawnee, Kansas, building custom and spec homes across Johnson County and Leavenworth County. Because design and construction happen under one roof, your plans and budget move together from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Start from one of our floor plans and tailor it to your lot, or design something entirely your own. We can build on land you already own or help you find the right lot. We also build new homes for sale, including homes on estate lots with finished walkout lower levels. Every home is backed by our builder’s warranty.
